Dodgeball Arts
If you want to dodgeball a ball very good then your going to have to keep your eye on the ball at all times,just like Lawrence Lu the king.He always keeps his eyes on the ball every time he plays.
But your eyes need to be very strong you should eat carrots they give good site for your eyes.
Do not do this if you need to wear contacts and glassses.

If you want to throw a ball very good then always aim the right way.When you have the ball on your hand aim right away and make sure you do it fast.Also when you are about to throw it put all your force into it.To throw a great force you should eat healthy food every day and train every day.You should do 10 push ups every 2 days if it is 1 day then you will be strong but do it for 2 days or you will push your heart to much.I perfer you should eat fruits.

Dodgeball tip for today
If you want to be a didgeball king like Lawrence then you shoud play and trained everyday Lawrence has been playing for 3 years I suggest you should play for 4 years or more you dont have to play that long if you do want to play then do it but take short breaks and dont push yourself or you will get a heart attack.Abd all so drink some water when you play and eat fruits so it gives you good energy and healthy.
